Step 1: Needs Discovery/Site Survey
Telephone systems are not a “one size fits all” product. During our discovery meeting we’ll take time to fully understand your needs.

Step 2: Pre-Launch Onsite Training
mpire telecom will train your employees before the cutover of you system.

Step 3: Installation
Installation when it’s convenient for you, wether it is during the day or after hours – at no extra charge.

Step 4: Follow-up Training
mpire telecom will place a follow up call, or visit, the very next morning to answer questions or “tweak” the system.

Step 5: 30 Days of Changes, at No Charge!
Sometimes it takes time to get to know your new system. mpire telecom will make any changes you request within 30 days of the cutover with no extra charge!
